From 40 years it is tradition to prepare
the hand made pasta according to
the recipe handed down from
generation to generation.



The mushroom dishes, in

one of ours visiting cards just as the Valcuvian wild boar appreciated
from wildlife loving and also
from sceptics.




The abundance of fish of
Lago Maggiore offers the possibility
to enjoy many fish variety like perch
and pike, whose features are
enhanced through recipes
